Loneliness: Studies show loneliness significantly impacts physical and mental health, increasing the risk of chronic illness and mortality.
Sexual Satisfaction: A fulfilling sex life often predicts overall relationship happiness, even outranking factors like ideal income or shared political views with a partner.
Therapy Gaps: Only 8% of therapists receive formal training in sexuality, leaving most unequipped to fully support couples facing intimacy challenges.
Unlike general therapists, our team undergoes specialized and ongoing training, education and supervision in sex and relationship therapy.
With over 3,000 success stories, we empower clients to overcome difficulties and create deeper connections in their lives.
We hold space for you to freely explore concerns about intimacy and walk away feeling heard, understood and valued.
We understand how lost and alone you feel right now-and we're here to help light the way.
Couples often arrive exhausted from the same unresolved conflicts—miscommunication, fading intimacy, or feelings of rejection.
Our therapists help them uncover deeper patterns, understand one another and themselves, express needs without blame, and rekindle connection.
As they grow, they communicate openly, rediscover intimacy, and build stronger, more fulfilling relationships.
The fee for an individual 50-minute session is $180 and the fee for a couple 50-minute session is $200. Our psychotherapy-interns offer a sliding scale based on financial need ($80-$120). Longer sessions are also available at prorated fees.
Psychotherapy and social work services are now tax-exempt. We accept payment via credit card, e-transfer or PayPal, but a valid credit card is required to book your first appointment.
When contemplating service costs, it might be helpful to ask yourself what it might cost not to take the next step in caring for your mental health and close relationships.
If you were having a problem with your car, you could try to fix it on your own, but it would cost you in precious time, emotional energy and unnecessary frustration. The same principle applies to your mental, emotional, sexual and relationship health.
Therapy length varies based on individual needs. Some see progress in as little as a few sessions, while others benefit from ongoing support over months.
Many experience meaningful change within 6–20 sessions, but there’s no fixed timeline—your therapist will tailor a plan to you.
