You Deserve A Healthy, Fulfilling Love Life

Did you know?

  • Loneliness: Studies show loneliness significantly impacts physical and mental health, increasing the risk of chronic illness and mortality.

  • Sexual Satisfaction: A fulfilling sex life often predicts overall relationship happiness, even outranking factors like ideal income or shared political views with a partner.

  • Therapy Gaps: Only 8% of therapists receive formal training in sexuality, leaving most unequipped to fully support couples facing intimacy challenges.

Your happiness, health, and future depend on the quality of your relationships.

A Tapestry of Healing: Lessons from Thousands of Clients we've helped

Many individuals come to therapy feeling stuck in cycles of anxiety, self-doubt, intimacy struggles or fearing something is "wrong" with them.

Through our therapy, they gain confidence, reframe self-perceptions, and learn what truly empowered and fulfilling intimacy is about without pressure.

Over time, they feel more secure and satisfied in their relationships and sexuality.

Couples often arrive exhausted from the same unresolved conflicts—miscommunication, fading intimacy, or feelings of rejection.

Our therapists help them uncover deeper patterns, understand one another and themselves, express needs without blame, and rekindle connection.

As they grow, they communicate openly, rediscover intimacy, and build stronger, more fulfilling relationships.

FAQ

How much does therapy cost?

The fee for an individual 50-minute session is $180 and the fee for a couple 50-minute session is $200. Our psychotherapy-interns offer a sliding scale based on financial need ($80-$120). Longer sessions are also available at prorated fees.

Psychotherapy and social work services are now tax-exempt. We accept payment via credit card, e-transfer or PayPal, but a valid credit card is required to book your first appointment.

When contemplating service costs, it might be helpful to ask yourself what it might cost not to take the next step in caring for your mental health and close relationships.

If you were having a problem with your car, you could try to fix it on your own, but it would cost you in precious time, emotional energy and unnecessary frustration. The same principle applies to your mental, emotional, sexual and relationship health.

How long does therapy take?

Therapy length varies based on individual needs. Some see progress in as little as a few sessions, while others benefit from ongoing support over months.

Many experience meaningful change within 6–20 sessions, but there’s no fixed timeline—your therapist will tailor a plan to you.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes! We can validate your insurance information within seconds by performing real-time eligibility checks that allow us to see your care  coverage details even  before a visit. Just have your details available when you reach out to us.

What is the difference between a Registered Psychotherapist, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Psychotherapy-intern?

— Has met the educational requirements and is still completing clinical supervision and/or the CRPO registration exam.

— Can provide psychotherapy under supervision until full RP status is achieved.

— Offers high-quality therapy with oversight from a qualified supervisor.
